Over the last month, 4 families from around the UK have traded in the comforts of the modern day in the experience of a life time. Participants have been living in the Pilots Cottages on Llanddwyn Island in Anglesey which have been converted to recreate what life might have been like in remote a fishing community in the early 20th century.
